[SECC] Announcement: NS Practice Thursday: Cal QP Practice Thurs and Fri

This week, we'll use the NS CW format on Thursday, and the
CA QSO Party rules for the Friday  practice, 0230-0300Z.
Another special CQP Practice on Thursday night, before SNS and NS, 
0130-0200 UTC.

*NS will now use FOUR  bands; 160 (near 1815) , 80, 40, 20m  (+35 to45).
Thursday:  NCCC SPRINT RULES:  NO DUPES on same band, 100 WATTS max,  
MULTS COUNT ON EACH BAND

*The SLOW SPEED CW NS practice continues on Thursday,  0200-0215Z: Check 
for W9RE's announcement on CQ-Contest for details.

*The  schedule of Thursday (sometimes Friday also) events through 
November is now posted on the NEXT NS page at:
