[SECC] Announcement: YO DX HF Contest This Weekend

Dear CWops members,

Please mark in your calendar the YO DX HF Contest for the next weekend 
(August 28, 12:00:00 - August 29, 11:59:59 UTC).

There is plenty of activity in this contest, mostly in CW, a reasonable 
target in North America could be 1000 mixed Qs in 24 hours. Bands are 
80-10m, control is 59(9)+serial number, anyone can be worked (including 
own country), YOs give extra points, multiplier per band is DXCC plus YO 
counties (max 42). Please note there is a 10 minutes rule when changing 
bands/modes. Skimmer-like
applications are not allowed, but DX Cluster reporting is allowed and 
encouraged.

The Romanian counties are:

YO2 = AR CS HD TM
YO3 = BU IF
YO4 = BR CT GL TL VN
YO5 = AB BH BN CJ MM SJ SM
YO6 = BV CV HR MS SB
YO7 = AG DJ GJ MH OT VL
YO8 = BC BT IS NT SV VS
YO9 = BZ CL DB GR IL PH TR

In this contest one could become easily eligible for the YO - 45P (450 
Parallel) award, and it will be sent to you free of any charge. No 
additional request will have to be sent!
