[SECC] ARRL CW Rookie Roundup

In between periods of watching football, I made a few contacts in the 
Rookie Roundup this afternoon.  I was hoping for to hear more activity, 
but it was good to see that there are a few newcomers interested in 
learning the code and operating on CW.
