[SECC] Welcome New Member Don, N4HH

I'd like to welcome Don, N4HH, my sequencial callsign buddy to the SECC
- welcome Don!  After 50 years in HR Don seems to have gotten the
contesting bug in the last 24 hours - its never too late to try someting
new.  Don will be with us on an SECC NAQP team tomorrow - how's that for
quick turn-around?
 
Don is down in RF alley in Virginia Highlands, with modest antennas at
the moment - that is when he is not /1 in VT.
 
Look for Don tomorrow in the NAQP.
