[SECC] NAQP overview

Well, I am finished for this one ... tired but had a good time. Lots of fun.  20m was dead, 40m was really good, 80m was very noisy but was able  to work with it.  Below is my outlook and the Cabrillo Header from my sheet.  Need to know if this is OK  to upload and if the header is correct.
