[SECC] CAT on Yaesu FT450

Is anyone running a FT450 on the computer. I can't get a connection. I first
tried a USB adapter and several drivers. Finally, I got a serial card and it
picks it up but won't connect to the radio. Error message is that it can't
read the frequency and then bombs out. I've tried 4,800 to 38,600, with RTS,
with DTS and both RTS and DTS.
