[SECC] GQP updated for early county coverage

With input from several, I have started to revise the GQP web site for 2010.
WF4W, K3LB, N4FD, N0TW, KA3FZO, and KT4ZV are posted under county coverage.

I put NE4S in for Cobb too, but will add my rover stuff when we see county coverage later.
My plan is to try to do a "clean up" run.

The site has been refreshed to take out some unneeded pages and baggage, so if anyone finds busted pages or such, let me know.

The more fixed station plans we get the better we can route rovers.
If you know you will operate, just chime in.... please.
