This Week's Contests:

1. NCCC SNS and NS practices Thursday night local.  SNS:  0200-0220+ Z
Friday.   Maximum speed 18 WPM first 10 minutes then up to 26 WPM. 
Maximum power 100W.  20, 40, 80M CW.  Exchange:  # + Name + SPC.  One 
kHz QSY rule.  NS:  Same rules except: no speed limit, only 20M this 
week, and dupes OK after TWO intervening QSOs.

2.  FISTS CW Club Summer Sprint.  00-04Z Friday.  80-10M CW.  100W 
maximum power.  Exchange:  RST + SPC + Name + FISTS# or power.

3.  IARU HF Championship.  12Z Sat to 12Z Sun.  160-10M CW, Phone. 
Exchange:  RS(T) + ITU Zone # (or HQ station abbreviation such as "W1AW 
ARRL."  If all goes well, I will be QRV with the SECC club call W4AN at 
the W8JI QTH.  And, if the antenna can be repaired, a SECC group will be 
QRV M/S from WW4LL.

4. Straight Key Century Club July Weekend Sprint (WES).  24 hours of 
Sunday UTC.  160-6M CW.  Use a mechanical key (straight key, bug, 
cootie, sideswiper, etc.).  Exchange:  RST + Name + SKCC# or "none." 
Bonus points this month for making QRP QSOs (5W or less).

5.  QRPARCI Summer Homebrew Sprint.  2000-2359Z Sun.  160-10M CW.  5W 
maximum.  Exchange:  RST + SPC + QRPARCI# or power.  More points for 
using homebrew gear.

6.  Tuesday night 20M QRP Fox Hunt.  0100-0230Z Wednesday.  14050 - 
14070 kHz.  5W maximum power.  Work only the two Foxes.  Exchange:  RST 
+ SPC + Name + Power.

7.  CWOps Club July Sprints (CWT).  Three separate hour long Sprints. 
11Z and 19Z Wednesday and 03Z Thursday (Wednesday night local). 
Exchange:  Name + CWOps# or SPC.  80, 40, 20M CW only.  Most activity is 
between 017 and 035 kHz on these three bands.
