[SECC] WW4LL assumes SECC Secretary position

I am pleased to announce that Fred WW4LL has finalized the club roster transfer from Hal N4GG.

I will ask that Fred please address the group as to any final comments/instructions in this regard as we issue a final salute to N4GG. Thank you both for your support of the club.
