This Week's Contests:

1.  CWOps CWT:  One hour at 1900Z Wed and one hour at 03Z Thursday 
(Wednesday local time).  Two separate one hour sprints.  20, 40, 80M CW. 
  Exchange:  name = CWOps# or SPC.  Good opportunity to get your call 
out there for nomination for membership in CWOps Club.  Fun hours.

2.  NCCC NS Sprint.  SNS slow speed 0200-0220+.  Limit speed to 18 WPM 
first ten minutes and to 26 WPM thereafter.  Maximum power 100W. 
Exchange:  #, name, SPC.  I am guessing that this will be 20, 40, 80 CW 
tonight and no same band dupes.  When I get the announcement from W9RE, 
I'll forward it to the reflectors.  NS: 0230-0259Z.  Special rules for 
tonight only.  15, 20, 40M.  Same band dupes OK after one intervening 
QSO.  100W maximum power.  Exchange same as for SNS.  No limit on speed.

3.  DMC RTTY Contest.  12Z Sat to 12Z Sun.  80-10M RTTY. Exchange:  RST 
+ serial #.  Work everyone.

4.  NAQP RTTY Contest:  18Z Sat to 06Z Sun.  Single ops limited to 10 
hours.  100W maximum power.  Exchange:  Name and SPC.  Mults count per 
band.  Up to 5 person teams may be pre-registered.  If anyone is 
interested in being on a team, e-mail me and I'll register teams even 
though I can't yet work RTTY.  I call them by the club with the most 
members of the team.

5.  CQ WorldWide VHF Contest.  18Z Sat to 21Z Sun.  6 and 2 Mtrs only, 
any mode.  Exchange:  4 character grid square.

6.  Colorado QRP Club Great Colorado Gold Rush.  2000-2159Z Sunday.  20M 
CW only.  5W maximum power.  Exchange:  RST + SPC + Class + CQC# or 
power.  Classes:  w = wires; v = vertical.  b = beam.  p = portable (any 
antenna).  Same station may be worked up to three times with at least 30 
minutes between QSOs.  Bonus points for a W0CQC QSO (K0FRP will be opr).

7.  July Flying Pigs CW Club Run for the Bacon.  01-03Z Monday (Sunday 
night local).  160-10M CW.  5W maximum power.  Exchange:  RST + SPC + 
FP# or power.

8.  Tuesday night 20M QRP Fox Hunt.  Wednesday 0100-0230Z.  14060-14080. 
  Work only the two Foxes.  Exchange:  RST + SPC + Name + Power.

Hope everyone has a nice week and weekend and a lot of QSOs.  I will be 
in the CQ VHF contest on 6M and the QRP Contests plus the 03Z CWT and 
Thursday's NS.  Will be interesting to see if anyone works anyone other 
than locals on 21 mHz at 0230Z, while running only 100W.  I usually make 
a part of the SNS after the Ga State CW Net, which starts at 02Z 
concludes.  Remember to check in to the GSN on 3549 kHz at 7 and 10 PM
