[SECC] SS Conditions

I did get on 40 on Saturday night at 0400Z (actually Sunday).   I saw N4LR 
posted on DX Summit nad heard stations working K4BAI but nary a short skip 
from GA.  W5WMU was loud but on backscatter and the only skip stations I 
heard were from ME, MDC, CA, and NM.  There were several Dx stations from 
Europe banging in.  I stayed around for 20 minutes and had to leave to get 
the wife some medicine.

Sorry my time was so short.
