[SECC] September RTTY Plaque

Thanks to all the SECC officers and members for the September RTTY Plaque.  It will look really great hanging on the wall.   And it wouldn't happen without sponsorship of the plaque.....thanks Fred!

Also, it's nice to see the club doing things to encourage more participation in contests....especially RTTY.
