[SECC] New SECC Member

Please join me in welcoming Bill Crosier, NT9K as the SECC¹s newest member.
Bill currently resides in Melbourne, FL.  Bill is webmaster for the SKCC and
started the SKCC Weekend Sprintathon contest. He operates 100% CW, even
though he does own a mic. He enjoys making keys, home brewing his own gear
and Elmering. He found the SECC from a post on the SKCC yahoo group and
thought he would check us out.
