Hey All, am trying to decide if this weird signal is local or otherwise. It is on now about 28.435 and is about 6 to 7 khz wide. it is strongest toward the east. It is also slowly drifting down in frequency. If anyone gets a chance see if you can hear it. It is about S7 on a dead band! Tnx and 73's Cort K4WI
