[SECC] Announcement: ARK QSO Party This Saturday

   The Arkansas QSO Party is this Saturday, September 11 from 8 am to 8
pm CDT (1300z - 0100z).  Four mobiles plan to activate 70 of the 75 AR
counties, mainly on CW.

Between openings in the VHF contest and before the Sprint starts give
