[SECC] Announcement: 2011 Washington Salmon Run Contest

Yes, Salmon Madness began back in 1991 when the WWDXC picked up  the
Washington State QSO Party from the Boeing BEARS, renamed it  the
Washington Salmon Run, and the rest is history!  From a few  dozen
participants those first few years the Salmon Run has become an  annual
fixture on the contest calendar with nearly 300 participants the  past
two years.  More than a contest, it is truly a QSO Party with  stations
all over the state chasing each other to see who can work all  39
counties along with making hundreds of QSOs with stations across  North
America and around the world.  Our idea of Smoked Salmon awards  has
become a model for other state QSO Parties as well.

on for the 20th  Anniversary Washington Salmon Run, September 17 -  18,
2011.
