15m continues to surprise us with great signals across the country at 
0230Z in the first 3 weeks of the current ladder.  Will that continue?

As always, 0230-0300 on 15m (new this ladder) 20, 40, 80 and 160, 100 
watts max.  Great band-switching practice for upcoming NAQP.

The slower speed "SNS" is half an hour earlier on 20, 40 and 80 m. with 
a speed limit in the mid-20wpm.

Submit score reports to 3830.  Logs need not be submitted, but we will 
occasionally request logs for various purposes, so please keep them 
available.
