Another good point is to be sure to name some suggested frequencies.  
The new or smaller state QSO parties that do not name suggested 
frequencies doom themselves to failure because the rest of us have no 
idea where to look for stations in the target state.  The suggested 
frequencies, unfortunately, must be in the General class bands.  It 
might be a good idea to suggest an alternate frequency on 75M SSB and 
have one above 3800 and one below 3790 (and always avoid the 3790-3800 
"DX Window.")  73, John.
