[SECC] Multiple e-mails

A continuing problem for SECC members is trying to post messages under more than one e-mail address.  This reflector only allows you to register under a single e-mail address.  If you attempt to post a message under another e-mail address (office, laptop, etc), your post will be rejected as posted by a non-member.
