[SECC] Annoucement: NS Ladder Tonight

The Winter NCCC Sprint Ladder continues this week with session 4 of 10 this
Thursday night (NA).  Activity has been vigorous at around 50 stations,
making for brisk rates and the usual fierce competition.  Seven more
Thursday nights in a row lie ahead.  Participate in 5 and you will qualify
for the awards of wine from the W0YK vineyard. Additional chance of winning
for high scores, and for showing up for all 10 sessions for the truly
dedicated.

As always we thank Bruce WA7BNM for score reporting support and Dink n7wa
for timely summaries.
