Note that the Russian DX Contest has new rules which require the top 
scorers to submit logs electronically within 36 hours and to submit logs 
that show the exact frequency used.  Those who don't comply with that 
rules can finish no higher than fourth place.  This is to help them 
catch cheaters, but my computer control isn't working so I would have to 
record each frequency change on paper to comply with the rules. 
Probably won't matter since I have little chance to finish in the top 
three in any category from my home station.  The rules also appear to 
prohibit remote operations.

Of course, our hearts go out to all of those in Japan facing such 
heartache and difficulty just in surviving.  Hopefully the nuclear 
facilities will be shut down without further dangerous emissions 
escaping.  If you are on a band that your signal could possibly be heard 
in Japan, please try to keep their published emergency frequencies 
clear.  As I recall, they have been stated to be 14300, 7025, 7030, 
7043, and 3525, all being SSB frequencies.
