*THE NOVEMBER 17TH NS WILL RETURN TO THE REGULAR NS LADDER FORMAT.*

REGULAR RULES AND FORMAT THIS WEEK.

Thursday, November 17, local time, *6:30PM PST, ... 9;30PM EST*. 
  November 18, UTC, 0230-0300Z.
NS will be on 160m, 80m, 40m AND 20m. (+38 to 45 kHz or ~1815 kHz).
NCCC SPRINT RULES.
100 WATTS max. , mults count on each band.

The UTC time for NS does not
vary at 0230 - 0300Z.

Join with N6RO, report scores, discuss any contesting issue, near 
3610/3615 LSB after the practice, at 0300Z
