[SECC] [SEDXC] Renew amateur Call Georgia auto License plates?

[W5JR - Mike]

Can you combine a vanity letters/numbers with a school/specialty tag? I know Texas has allowed this. Sets up a person to pay both fees - school tag and ham tag. :)
