[SECC] Announcement: NCCC NS Ladder Series Begins This Thursday

*Announcing the NS Ladder XV.  Week one of the new ladder is on Friday 
August 3rd (0230Z) which is Thursday evening for those of us in the US.*

*For this ladder we're adding 15m to the mix. *

See the schedule below  The rightmost column indicates the Saturday 
contest following that week's ladder. Please add these to your calendar 
and pass this along to others who you think might enjoy participating.

spread out]
- 100 watts maximum
- Sprint format,
- mults per band
