Here is a link to a much better list of 160M frequency allocations.  73,

Thanks Henk, this is a much better list.
Remember to observe your own country's regulations, that is what is
important.
If regulations have changed, that is OK of course.

Every year I get emails complaining about stations operating outside their
limits.
We want to avoid this problem if possible, and make the contest fair for
everyone.
