[SECC] uploading of logs

I tried to upload my logs this morning from this link :  http://www.ncjweb.com/naqplogsubmit.php

After I copied and paste my cabrillo log, the site returned an error and stated " The deadline for submitting NAQP-RTTY logs has passed. If you believe there are extenuating circumstances that caused your log to be late, please 
contact the contest manager? 


Any suggestions?
