This Week's Contests:

1.  CW Ops Club, Mini Test.  0300Z Thursday (Wednesday night local). 
160-10M CW. Look around 028 kHz on each band plus 1815 kHz on 160.
Exchange:  Name + CWOps # or SPC.

2.  Thursday 40M QRP Fox Hunt.  0100-0230Z Friday (Thursday night 
local).  Two QRP Foxes will be hiding between 7030 and 7050 kHz.  5W 
maximum power.  Exchange:  RST, SPC, Name, Power.  Work only the two 
foxes.  Foxes will be K0ZK, ARN in ME and K5JX, Rene in TX.

3.  NCCC NS Practice.  0230-0259Z Friday (Thursday night local).  Usual 
NS rules except maximum power is 5 watts this week.  20, 40, 80, 160M 
CW.  One kHz QSY rule. Exchange:  both calls, #, name, SPC.

4.  10-10 International Club Mobile Contest.  0001Z to 2359Z Saturday. 
Exchange:  Name + SPC + 10-10# + US/VE/G county.  Only mobiles compete. 
  Fixed stations may submit check logs.

5.  BARTG HF RTTY Contest.  02Z Sat to 02Z Mon.  80-10M RTTY.  Maximum 
operating time for single ops:  36 hours.  There is a single operator 
six hour category too.  Exchange:  RST + serial # + 4 digit UTC time.

6.  Russian DX Contest.  This is one of the "big ones."  12Z Sat to 12Z 
Sun.  160-10M CW, SSB.  Exchange:  RS(T) + serial # or two character 
Russian oblast.  Work everyone.  Top logs must show exact QRG of each 
QSO.  Top logs must be submitted within 36 hours of end of contest. 
Others within 14 days.

7.  CQIR (Ireland Calling) Contest.  12Z Sat to 1159Z Sun.  80-10M CW, 
SSB.  Exchange:  3 digit QSO #.  EI/EJ stations add Irish County.

8.  Oklahoma QSO Party.  160-6M CW/Digital, Phone.  13Z Sat to 01Z Sun; 
  13-19Z Sunday.  Exchange:  RS(T) + SPC or OK County.

9.  Virginia QSO Party.  14Z Sat to 02Z Sun; 12-24Z Sun.  All bands 
except WARC and 60M.  CW, Phone, Digital.  Exchange:  Serial # + 
S/P/"DX" or VA County or Independent City.

10.  North Dakota QSO Party.  18Z Sat to 18Z Sun.  160-2M, CW/Digital, 
Phone.  Exchange:  RS(T) + SPC or ND county.

11.  Flying Pigs QRP Club March Run for the Bacon.  Sunday night local 
time, 0100-0300Z Monday.  160-10M CW.  5W Maximum power.  Exchange: RST 
+ SPC + FP# or power.

12.  Tuesday Night QRP Fox Hunt.  Same as Thursday night on 40M except 
on 80M frequency 3550-3570 and different foxes.
