[SECC] Announcement: NCCC RTTY Practice Thursday Night

We had increased activity last week from some of the former regulars.  
Let's do better this week, and warm up for the NA Sprint RTTY on Oct. 14.

To match the format of the CW NS this week, let's try DUPES OK (with one 
intervening QSO or band change) on RTTY.

On Thursday (in NA) Oct. 5, 0130Z for 30 minutes, will be a RTTY NS, 
usual NS rules;
Bands:  15, 20, 40, 80m;  +80 to 90; 100w.

Slow NS continues at 02Z.   CQP warmup Friday night 0230-03Z.

NCCC net on 3610 at 03Z Thursday and Friday.
