Ladder Format for NS,  December 6 - Start time is 0230Z..

Here is the remaining schedule for December.  Are all Ladder Format, any 
exceptions as noted. No DUPES.

Friday, December 13 - Ladder Format, but drop 20 meters
Friday, December 20 - Ladder Format
Friday, December 27 - Ladder Format, but 45 minutes, 160m-20m, start at 
0215Z

The XIX Ladder will resume on Friday, January 3.

Local start times: 1830 Pacific, 1930 Mountain, 2030 Central, 2130 
Eastern Time -- Thursday Night -- 30 minutes exactly.

- 160, 80, 40, 20 meters, 40 KHz up from band edge (1810-1820 kHz)
- 100 watts maximum
- Sprint format (1,1)
- mults per band
