[SECC] Russian DX Contest Club Aggregate Score Competition

Hello all:

I should have picked up on this earlier.  There is a club aggregate 
score competition in the Russian DX Contest and there is no geographical 
limitation on members submitting their scores. So, W4SVO, K2SX, and 
others outside the usual circles can put down "South East Contest Club" 
for their club if they wish.  Thanks and 73, John, K4BAI.
