[SECC] Announcement: NCCC NS Practice 45 minutes Thursday Night

This week we have an extended NS time period.  (Thanks, N6RO). Don't 
forget to set your start time to 0215Z.
If you happen to be operating in the SNS, just crank up your keyer speed 
3dB or so at 0215Z.

Friday, March 22 - 45 minute time period starting at 0215Z
Friday, March 29 - QRP NIGHT, DUPES OK (with one intervening QSO or band 
change)

Friday, March 22,  0215-0300Z
Local start times: 1915 Pacific, 2015 Mountain, 2115 Central, 2215 
Eastern Time -- Thursday Night -- 30 minutes exactly.

- 160, 80, 40, 20 meters, 40 KHz up from band edge (1810-1820 kHz)
- 100 watts maximum
- Sprint format (1,1)
- mults per band
* 45 minute time period starting at 0215Z
