[SECC] Announcement: TX QSO Party This Weekend

The Texas QSO Party will have all 254 counties on the air this weekend 
thanks to the efforts of 22 mobiles and about four dozen fixed stations. 
There will be plenty of CW activity with 242 of the 254 counties being 
available on CW.

Whether you're a county hunter looking for the last ones you need in 
Texas or just enjoy seeing how many counties you can work in a weekend 
the Texas QSO Party is the place to be this Saturday and Sunday. The TQP 
has two sessions

Session 1: 1400z Sat - 0200z Sun
Session 2: 1400z Sun - 2000z Sun
