[SECC] FCC Proposed Rulemaking RM 11708

SECC reflector readers and fellow contesters,
 
This is important!  
 
As a CW operator / contester - and in my opinion,
the ARRL is sponsoring a really bad FCC rule making.
 
This would allow wide bandwidth digital modes in the CW sub  bands.
 
I am in opposition to this and have filed opposing comments.
These modes can be placed in the existing phone sub band  allocations.
