It's that time again.

Coming Tuesday night Jan 20 to a band near you ..   possibly at 0200Z 
(Jan 21 UCT)

 From the erstwhile Locust:

OMG... hard to believe this year's LQP (Locust QSO Party) is right 
around the corner (next week - 20 JAN @ 6PM Local/PDT [think he means 
PST????]   on 40m/80m).  I've gotta get  the New 'RULES' posted in the 
next couple of days.  Fortunately, this year's LQP 'Secret Swarmers' are 
already lined up.
