[SECC] Club Circle

I can't remember if I reported back to the membership the result of the 
recent vote to move the club circle a little so that W2GDJ is within 
both the CQ and ARRL circles and no one who is already a member is left out.

The vote was unanimous to move the circle to the location pin pointed by 
Hal, N4GG, and identified in my message to the membership.

Chaz:  If the circles haven't been changed on the website to show this 
slight change, please do so when you have a chance. It may already have 
been done.
