[SECC] SECC Team(s) for CW Open

So far, I have definite commitments from K4BAI, AA4CF, KU8E, NN4K, and 
AD8J.  I have invited Dan, OK1DIG, who has posted to 3830 that he'd like 
to be on a team and hope I was the first to invite him.  Teams are from 
two to ten members, and I'd like to have at least one full team.  you 
need not be a member of SECC.  Let me hear from you if you can
