Comments:

FT1000MP, Alpha 78, 1 KW, TH6DXX, dipole, zepp, tee vertical.  Bands seemed
poor.  15 and 20 were much worse than last year.  Only DX on 20 was F6HKA.  Did
work ZM2B on 15M.  Thanks to KU8E for six bands.  80 was noisy and I couldn't
get a few calls due to the QRN. Very sorry about that.  Felt like it was a
struggle for most contacts.  But I ended up with six more QSOs than last year's
first session which was my high for QSOs last year and many more unique calls,
so the score was about 10K higher than last year's first session and actually
higher than the highest session score last year.  So, don't let conditions keep
you down.  Keep plugging away and you will have fun and good things will
happen.

I expected a pull-down menu for teams, but there isn't one.  So:  Team is
SECC.

Hope to work you all in the next two sessions on multiple bands.  10M was open
to South America during the 2300Z hour last night and PY2XC said he would be
QRV in CWOpen.
