Only microHAM "Keyer" series interfaces (microkeyer, microkeyer II,
digikeyer, digikeyer II, CW Keyer or MK2R+).  USB Interface II and
USB Interface III do not provide the CAT/2nd CAT capability as they
have no internal microprocessor.
