Based on some minor corrections and rewriting, here's an announcement
for NSL XXVI suitable for publicizing on your local reflectors . modify
as you see fit, such as adding your local time.

-- 1 KHz minimum QSY, 2-3 KHz encouraged.
-- Contact stations once per band.
-- Score = #QSO's x sum of band-mults
-- Score reports to 3830scores.com
