[SECC] Announcement: NS Ladder Tonight

Scores were posted yesterday through Wk 7.

Notable for this final week is close competition in the East Central 
Division. Karl, K9BGL is just edging out Bob, KW8N.  (10060 vs 9797).  
But Bob has a low score of  1562 to drop, vs Karl's 1786; so in fact 
there's a near tie between the two stations.

Good participation for this ladder.  will be working on certificates 
commemorating the 25th running.
