[SECC] CQ 160 CW Log Deadline

Note that this year there is a 5-day log deadline, so all logs are due 
to be uploaded by 2200Z Friday February 5.

Also note that times off for anyone who may be approaching the 30 hour 
time limit for single ops or the 40 hour time limit for multi ops must 
be at least 30 minutes.  If you expect to be close to the time limit, be 
sure that your half hour is a full half hour, not just 29 minutes.  So, 
if your last QSO before a break is 0100Z, for example, your next QSOs 
should be on or after 0131Z, not 0130Z.  Single Operators (not assisted) 
may not use packet assistance or RBN.  If you use these, you are single 
operator (assisted).

There is a club aggregate score competition, so show your club name in 
the header of your Cabrillo log.  For SECC, show it exactly as:  "South 
East Contest Club."

Also, a reminder:  Let me know if you want to be on a SECC Team for NCJ 
NA Sprint CW next weekend, Feb 6 local date, UTC times 0000-0400 Sunday, 
Feb 7.
