[SECC] IARU Test J77HQ

I will be activating J77HQ in the IARU contest next weekend with George, K5KG and Jim, WI9WI. We will be there until the 10th using our respective calls J75KG, J79IX & J79WI. Hope to work many members next weekend. We will have 3 active stations running 10-80 meters and will be looking on 6 meters outside the contest.
