[SECC] WIN 10

Was your video card supporting two monitors OK on the previous 
Windows installation? If so, it should work on Win 10 provided your 
video card (driver, etc) is compatible with Win 10.

I use two monitors here, one 4k one and one 2k one. both worked under 
Win 7, and now on Win 10.
