[SECC] SS CW This weekend

In 1996, I set the Georgia section record for low power in CW SS.  That
year, I made over half of my QSOs on 80m...it was a low year in the sunspot
cycle, and 80m just worked better than 40.  I was lucky, in that I was
operating from W4WA, and he had a 3 element wire yogi on 80 that certainly
helped.

I do agree that 40 is probably the best band overall in SS, but do be
aware, that it's not necessarily always true.
