[SECC] When I report a new member..

..please be aware that they probably won't be on the reflector yet.  When I send them a welcome, I include encouragement to join the reflector but you’ll hear about them before they get the chance to join.

So if you reply to my notice that a new members is joined us, you should reply to his/her email address in the email I send to the refector; otherwise they may never see it.

Just sayin’…
