[SECC] Slower Speed Sprints Next Week

For those of you who like to plan ahead, the three CWT sessions next 
Wednesday, June 14 and the NCCC NS Sprint on Thursday June 15 are all 
scheduled for a 20 WPM maximum speed.  Some of you who don't like the 
super high speeds may want to join in.

CWT sessions are run at a 20 WPM maximum speed once a quarter to 
encourage recent CW Academy graduates to join in.  The NS session is an 
experiment to see if more participation would occur if the maximum speed 
were lower.

There will always be a few who don't keep up with the special rule 
changes and won't know (at least at the start of a session) of the 
request to keep the speed down.  Don't let that discourage you.  Just 
pass them by and go to the next one or CQ at your comfortable speed and 
see who answers you.

The call on Wednesday would would usually be "CQ CWT" and on Thursday 
"CQ NS."
