[SECC] CQWW predicted condx

I'm not very good at reading these numbers, but been watching them the last
year or so trying to figure them out. Y'all tell me if you disagree -- I'm
trying to learn.

A solar flux of 75 for the weekend isn't great at all, but is average for
the last month or three. I'm thinking that means 10 will only be open maybe
a couple hours each day, 15 will have light activity for a four hours or
so, and 20 will be okay from shortly after sunrise to late evening.

What pleases me is the A index expected to be only five meaning 40 and 80
should be pretty quiet. Especially since they aren't predicting any
thunderstorms for us here in SC. I've had some great fun on 40 in the past
with a low A index that low.

Sounds as good as we can expect for this time of the sunspot cycle.
