[SECC] GQP Club Competition

I'm getting logs that have the SECC listed as the club for that entry. A 
reminder that neither the SECC and SEDXC are eligible for the club 
competition for the Georgia QSO Party. If anyone has submitted a log and 
would like to change their club to a local club they might belong to 
please send me an email and I will change it.
