thanks for all the thoughts on this subject and I quite concur that 
while it might be a worth while service it is priced way to high. He 
wanted $15/month as a subscription.... if I live another 10 years; that 
gives him $1800 head start. Then he wants 30% of the profit of over and 
above what ever he could merchandize the stuff for. I do have several 
guys that I could specify to take control or donate it to the ACG.... 
any interest in the club getting involved in this kind of project.... 
something for discussion I guess. I hadn't thought much about this until 
I went to my 55th High School reunion last fall and holy cow 64 out of 
224 were gone. So I need to make some choices.... talk with my 
attorney... come up with a updated plan! Thanks for your thoughts! 73's
