[SECC] website

My old website went down unknown to me when the hosting folks Earthlink 
stopped for some reason. So I have been constructing a new one for the 
last several weeks. The one I made years ago was fairly easy but this 
turned into hair pulling exercise. I am still not happy with it and 
probably will revise it soon but let me know what you think! lol, CJ
